The Best Lush Face Mask

Ok let’s get this straight… LUSH is da bomb! Haha get it,’bath bombs’. Why did I just say that? Anyways, lush provides us with a ton of organic and natural products, that is why most people opt for lush in the first place. They are famous for their ingredients and quality products. But to be honest whenever I walk into the store I am overwhelmed, not only because of the billion scents dancing past me, but also because there is a wide variety to choose from.I was debating on whether getting a scrub or a mask that would help me with my blemishes, but also provide me with the moisture I needed. And then finally I found it! “THE MASK OF MAGNAMINTY”, it had all the attributes I was looking for. The best part is, this mask contains no preservatives! I found out that this could be used as a two in one, since when I looked at the texture it had a subtle scrub looking tone. The mask itself is not too runny or too thick, but it’s that perfect consistency that your looking for in between. Plus the color is fun! And who doesn’t like that?

I usually throw this mask on in the evening, because it’s so easy, fast and mess free. And that’s a pretty big advantage, because getting messy with products is not fun. It’s that perfect mask for a Friday night, since it’s very relaxing and soothing.
This mask results with:
– Glowing skin
– Helping acne
– Nourishes dry skin
– Gets rid of scars
– Sets your PH to its norm.
– Gets rid of dead skin
– Leaves you with soft skin
-Gives a clean refreshing sensation

How you use it and extra features:

1) Wash your face
2) Grab a generous amount and apply it onto the face avoiding eyes as much as possible.
3) The packaging says to let it set for 5-10 min, but I tend to leave it on for 10-20
5)Before Rinsing it off, I like to splash my face with a bit of water and massage my face as if I would be using a scrub. I adore this step because this is the part which gets rid of them dead skin cells which no one wants, and leaves you with smooth skin.
6)Rinse with Luke warm water and pat dry.
7)You can also use this mask on your back, just repeat the steps but applying the product onto your back.

I adore this mask, and I have sensitive skin. Honestly I feel that we should always go for the things that are gentle on our skin, because we only have one skin all our life. I REALLY LIKE the fact that it doesn’t harden to the point where you can’t say a word, and you feel trapped. Instead it tightens on to your skin which I find very appropriate for this mask.

  1. YES! Lush is definitely the bomb! I’m a huge fan of Mask of Magnaminty in particular, mainly because it is self preserving, which is find much easier. I agree with you, I also consider it a 2-in-1 because the scrub is just right for my skin. I often combine this with Herbalism (which I use every day, the mask I use once or twice a week) and it has made such a difference for my skin. This has been such a life saver. It doesn’t dry out my skin either, which is hard to find when it comes to masks (for me at least). Great review, and I’m loving your blog. Great content.
